A sumptuous feast is promised by the Souteneurs d’ Gloutonnerie. This amazing repast is based in part on the Aislinge Meic Conglinne (The Vision of MacConglinne), an Irish satire dating to the 11th -12th centuries, but set in the 8th century.

First Course
- Brotchen Roy (Leek pottage fit for a King)
- Fine white bread
- Cheeses
- Butter

Second Course
- Worts (braised cabbage)
- Flitch of Boar (braised pork belly / pork loin)
- Armored Carrots & Parsnips (may include turnips or other root vegetables as suits our fancy)

Third Course
- Roast hen stuffed with apples
- Barley with mushrooms
- Sauce of apples
- Peas

Finale
- Sweet egg custard
- Sauce of berries and honey
